Our preschool gym classes help little ones get active, take safe risks, explore independently, and interact with their peers in a fun, structured and impeccably clean environment. In addition to inspiring a love of physical fitness at an early age, our preschool gymnastics and gym classes teach kids the skills they need to be successful in kindergarten, including listening, following directions, sharing and taking turns. Your little ones will flip for our non-competitive gymnastics class designed for young beginners! Geared for ages 3+, this class lets every child learn and grow at their own pace in a fun, supportive environment. With caring coaches and structured guidance, students will build confidence and essential motor skills while exploring all major gymnastics equipment—vault, floor, bars, beam, and Tumbl Trak. Kids will have a blast while developing coordination, balance, flexibility, strength, concentration, and muscle control. Foundational skills include rolls, donkey kicks, body shapes (tuck, straddle, pike), beam walking, safe jumping and landing, bar holds, and cartwheel and handstand prep—all introduced in a way that’s just right for their age and stage.
Tumblers ages 3 to 4.5 enjoy stomping through their world with confidence, and our Stompers class allows them to do just that. With mom and dad taking less of a participatory role, Stompers really get to let loose. They'll learn skills such as how to do a headstand, swing on the monkey bars, and participate in fun interactive games. In the development of these skills, children learn cooperative play, how to follow directions, teamwork, as well as balance and coordination. This class is also designed to strengthen their independence, helping to better prepare them for kindergarten.
Get ready to move in this fast paced class as kids learn gymnastics and sports skills. Relays, tumbling and jumping are emphasized. Learn how to throw and catch different sized balls. Coordination and agility based obstacle courses as well.
In Gymnastics Warrior Jr., children experience the best of both worlds, blending the disciplined technique of gymnastics with the high-energy excitement of ninja training. Students will develop total-body coordination and core strength as they navigate a mix of traditional equipment—like bars, beams, and the Tumbl Trak—and dynamic obstacle courses featuring challenges like the warped wall. By mastering foundational moves such as rolls, safe landings, and body shapes alongside agility drills, your child will build flexibility, endurance, and muscle control. Beyond the physical benefits, this class cultivates essential life skills, helping young athletes grow their concentration, perseverance, and confidence as they learn to overcome new obstacles each week.
A class for our younger sports lovers! Our Sporty kids will learn the basic concepts/skills involved in sports like baseball, football, soccer and more! Each week will feature a new sport. Class will also include sports conditioning, workouts, teamwork, obstacle courses and other fun activities!
Just like the standard Ninja Warrior Training class, but geared for younger kids. Your little ninja can train like a warrior while tackling exciting new challenges each week in this grade school gym class. From Never Fear Relays to a giant warped wall to Ninja Glory stations, students will build the strength, agility, endurance, balance and perseverance needed to complete an entire Ninja Warrior obstacle course. Watch your child’s confidence soar as he or she goes from ninja rookie to ninja pro!
